Obamanation...

I'm slowing coming out of the tech hole I've been in this summer. Away from work, I haven't really spent all that much time in front of a computer. As I get back into the groove of writing online, I want to make note of a coming tidal wave in our country.

1st Term United States Senator from the great State of Illinios, Barack Obama, publicly stated this past Sunday on NBC's "Meet The Press" that he is open to the thought of running for President in 2008.

For my friends in the Democrat Kingdom, this is your knight in shiny armor. This man has been the best thing to come out of the Democratic Party, I will dare say, since JFK. We'll see how the power-hungry big-whigs in the Democratic Party will read the handwriting party on the wall; and if they will put aside their personal ambition to usher in their best shot for another Camelot.

For my friends in the Republican Kingdom, this is your formidable opponent. Obama is your best nightmare. I say best simply because Obama is dynamic no matter what side of the aisle you sit on.

If Obama runs in 2008, it could be an Obama-Nation for the Democrats; and for the Republicans, it could be an Obami-Nation (Abomination). He is definitely one not to take your eyes off of for the next 2 years.
