Yes, you read correctly. I am buying my first house. It is an exciting, yet very scary experience for me. This more-or-less solidifies the concrete around my ankles. I am here in Southern Illinois for the next couple decades. My plan is then to retire along with my lovely wife somewhere back in the Washington State area. :-)
I'll be posting very soon some pictures of my house for all to see. Until then, here is one from a side view.
